The investor, through his Brazilian company, built a summer house on the land he acquired, where another three hundred thousand euros were invested, regularly registered and accounted for.
At the end of a year after the house is built, the investor receives an offer that he cannot refuse to sell the house. One million and five hundred thousand euros.
He decides the house will be sold. This business can be done through two separate transactions.
First:
The investor’s company sells the property and pays the sales taxes. If the investor intends to remain in Brazil, the next investments will be made in the company’s name.
If the investor wants to close down its operations in Brazil, the company’s profits will be calculated, distributed and the money can be transferred to any country.

Second:
The company, which owns the property, is sold. This option is less bureaucratic and faster, but it needs the buyer’s agreement.
In this case too, the investor will be able to leave Brazil, with the amount of the sale of his company, taking the money wherever he wants.
